Using chitin and CMC as functional surface materials, polyacrylonitrile as base film support layer, and epichlorohydrin and glycerol triglycidyl ether as crosslinking agents, chitin-epichlorohydrin cross-linked composite nanofiltration membranes, chitin/CMC-epichlorohydrin crosslinked blend composite nanofiltration membrane, chitin/CMC-glycerol triglycidyl ether cross-linked blend composite nanofiltration membrane and other three composite nanofiltration membranes were prepared respectively. The effects of the preparation conditions and operating conditions of the three composite membranes on the membrane interception performance were studied, and the structure and performance of the composite membranes were studied. The deep treatment of textile printing and dyeing wastewater was studied by using chitin/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose-epichlorohydrin blend composite nanofiltration membrane.
The results showed that the removal rates of dissolved total phosphorus, aniline and CODCr could reach 79.59%, 29.24% and 88.06%, respectively. The CODCr content of the nanofiltration membrane effluent is ≤15 mg·L-1, which has reached a good discharge standard according to the surface water environmental quality standard GB 3838-88. The prepared negatively charged new composite nanofiltration membrane has achieved good results in the deepening treatment of reclaimed water dephosphorization and CODCr removal.
In the above-mentioned introduction to sodium carboxymethyl cellulose used in polymer, we know that the polymer application of this product can have a good effect on the deepening treatment of wastewater.
